When you submit a request through this site, we collect the organization name, your name, email address, phone number, role, stated budget, desired timeline, and the written responses you provide about your brand and its perception.

If you upload a file with your request, we store that file and associate it with your submission.

If you become a client and use the client portal, we additionally store records relating to your projects, design proofs and your feedback on them, agreements, invoices, and any support requests you raise.

We use this information to evaluate whether an engagement is a fit, to respond to you, to carry out contracted work, and to administer billing and support.

We do not sell your information. We do not use it for advertising.

Access is limited to Elvtd personnel who need it to do the work, and to the service providers that host this site and process our data on our behalf.

We may disclose information where we are legally required to do so.
